Screen and Window Repair

Walsh's Ace Hardware in Richland Center and La Crosse have very complete window and screen repair rooms where we are able to take care of most common problems. Aluminum storms and screens, wood windows and screens, bent, broken, torn... we do it all.

We have standard insect screen grey and charcoal and heavy-duty pet screens for those whose pets want to be outside but can't open the door. 

We will fix your screen or window, or replace it with a new one.

Propane Fills and Exchanges

Propane refills are available ONLY at Richland Center and Muscoda.

We also fill RV propane tanks at our Richland Center, and Muscoda locations.

Delivery and Layaway

Delivery is free with industrial/commercial sales. New equipment purchases are also free within our immediate area. Nominal delivery charges are incurred outside our area. We can even deliver rental items to you!

Walsh’s Ace Hardware offers a great layaway program for our Ace Rewards members. If you need to get hold of a hard to find item, but need a little bit more time to pay, we can arrange that for you. Key Cutting

Key cutting is a service provided at all three of our stores. We cut house keys, padlock keys, and many car keys. We can also re-key locks.

We sell key accessories, such as lanyards, key rings, carabiners, key identifying tags, hide-a-key boxes, and more!

We can now cut about 90% of all automotive keys as we are able to cut sidewinders and program keys on site at the store.

Recycling

LIGHT BULBS

All three of our stores offer light bulb recycling.

Light bulbs are priced by the bulb. The bulb types we recycle are: incandescent, fluorescent, u-bend, circular, HID high intensity, mercury, UV tanning, shatterproof, LED, and CFL. 

BALLASTS

We also recycle batteries and ballasts by the pound.

BATTERIES

We recycle most kinds of batteries at our La Crosse, Richland Center, and Muscoda stores. Single use batteries are priced by the pound. Rechargable batteries are free to recycle. If you bring in AA, AAA, C, or D batteries, please be sure to have the ends taped!
